I am an older worker, and have been pressured to retire or have my employment terminated. I have been extremely managed poorly at this employer. I was afforded no training (as have younger workers). I was allowed to go to no seminars or continuing education (as have younger workers). I will be eligible for my Social Security Pension soon, but will not be able to do some things I had wanted to (when I retire) on this pension.
