The district attorney on my ex-husband's case back in November said he would give him two years in the county jail. And back in November he reneged and took it back. I'm asking for prayer that he has compassion and he sticks to his agreement. Is been fighting this case for 18 months.the judge told the district attorney and his lawyer they got to come to some kind of agreement to dissolve this case. The Ed district attorney Mister walsh agreed to time served. So when he comes home we can move out of state to be close to the children and grandchildren.
