Praise God I need special prayers As we are aware its work from home for most of the people I am one of them It's pretty challenging tho Home environment is not the way its like office Internet connection is a must my area gives a lil trouble in connection But still I try to do offline work If seen my productivity is more then the others But I do not get a very good vibe from my team lead She is pretty nagging And has never let me grow in the company Everyday before shift I feel very low uncomfortable and scared I pray But something troubles me they hv enough offline work to gv me but looks like at times she deliberately dsnt gv so that I hv to put a off day Or gives less work N time n again she wants the status on the internet connection M so upset My offline work doesn't give me incentives either M sure the work I do they can look into it on a brighter side n promote me n work on incentives for me My manager sits in a different city n he has more coordination daily
