20. Our soul waits for YHVH— He is our help and our shield. 21. Our heart rejoices in Him, because we trusted in His holy Name. 22. Let Your lovingkindness, YHVH, be upon us, as we have waited for You. Psalm 33:20-22 It is good for us to wait upon You in complete trust, Father, for You alone are our help in all things and our shield in every moment. The knowledge of You fills our hearts with rejoicing because You show us, day-by-day, that You alone are to be trusted as we sojourn this earth. In Your Holy Name we seek and find shelter. This is who Your set-apart Covenant people know You to be — trustworthy — and this is who You will be to them forever and ever. HalleluYah! As we wait upon You today, Father, let Your lovingkindness be upon us. Show us how good and how pleasant it is to wait upon You. Grant us to live a testimony of the constancy of Your trustworthiness. We bless Your Name in this and every place.
