Prayer Single View

Please Lord help my husband of 37 years together to start loving me like he used too. He told me last month that he only loves me like a friend & wanted a divorce. I was so shocked, so crushed. I have always been a faithful Christian wife to him. I have always, still do & always will love him with all my heart. We talked to our pastor & a few things got better, but he still doesn’t have that twinkle in his eyes, that beautiful smile on his face nor the excitement in his voice when he says the words “I love you” to me anymore. His hugs don’t feel meaningful either. He never smiles, he isn’t happy, he is mean & bossy to me now & gives me the dirtiest looks. This is so painful. This is not the same man I married.  He was such a wonderful Christian husband at one time & I don’t know what happened. Please Lord lead my husband back to the loving Christian husband he once was, the happy person he was before. I want our marriage to be mended. I can’t live alone without him. In Jesus name. Amen
