One clove of fresh garlic each morning on am empty stomach. In 2017 and 2018 winter week of Christmas the flu brought me down for at least a week. Then in October 20q9 The Lord instructed me the flu would be worse this year to take the garlic remedy. So be blessed all you Saints. Without faith its impossible to please God. Faith requites action. Faithr goes hand in hand and foot with foot in action, pray always and give thanks to God. Amen.
