Lord God, please cause Your great light to dawn in Marcos' darkness, glorious God, You who live in unapproachable light. Bestow on him a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. Let Your unfailing love comfort and quite him. Guide him to meditate on Your unfailing love for him. Please cause Marcos to experience Your perfect love, Lord God. It is written in John 1:5, Heavenly Father, the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. Shine Your light on Marcos and in his life, Abba, Father, and make the darkness flee that dwells around Marcos. I thank You, Father God, for all that You are and all that You have done, and I pray that You grant these requests in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

The Jerusalem Prayer Team with Dr. Michael D. Evans exists to build Friends of Zion to guard defend and protect the Jewish people and to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We pray for peace in Jerusalem because the Scriptures tell us to in Psalm 122:6. We are committed to encouraging others to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and God's Chosen People.
