S.O.S.  DIVINE HINDERANCES,   MAJOR OBSTACLES,, For a RELATIVE NOT to get a VEHICLE, at ALL,,or a DRIVER’S LICENSE.. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.. All the PROFESSIONALS know that this RELATIVE NEEDS, MEDICAL and MENTAL HELP and is REFUSING ALL HELP.. Everyone is VERY CONCERNED because the RELATIVE has a  CHILD..  Please STAND in AGREEMENT..
