In 2013 Khawaja Safdar Medical College, Sialkot, Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital and Government Sardar Begum Teaching Hospital were given influential and like-minded people to Genetorial Services, Security Services Contractor and Abbas, for whom twenty-four contracts were signed. The shifts were fixed according to which the contractor had to provide 290 guards for the staff and security consisting of 196 persons for the Genital Services, the contractor Khawaja Safdar Medical College, Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital and Sardar Begum Hospital received two shifts. Only 90 people instead of 290 employees While sending the ID to duty, 66 people were given duty instead of 196 persons in the genital services. Principal Khwaja Safdar Medical College said that when checking attendance, the facts also came to light that the contractor was receiving three pay scales in the name of several employees at a time and no employee was registered with the Department of Social Security and
