I pray for Steve Johnson. I love him. I wanted things for us that the enemy cannot know about . I tell him to army up because I know how under attack i am and I need you to know if I have a fighting chance.     Christina, I prayed for you. Praying for mental clarity, and the insight to realize the whole world and loved ones aren’t against you. Be open to help that others are trying to offer. Mental health is a journey. Be patient. Sleep well. Eat well with lots of vegetables and non-processed foods or sugary food. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Start there. Rest your mind.
