You need to plea the blood of JESUS over your brother daily! It is what frees us from the power of satan and the things that we do not want to do (but do from the bondage of sin and the giving authority to certain demons that are over the slavery of drugs and alcohol)! Also you need to let him know that JESUS LOVES him and that you love him and that JESUS has a better life for him without being judgmental and the showing of unconditional love, in order not to push him away and to understand that you and JESUS LOVES him unconditionally in whatever good or bad situation that he may be in! GOD BLESS YOU
