Pannir Selvam Pranthanam@Paul Silas (baptised name) is a Malaysian on death row in Singapore. The Singapore Court of Appeal granted Pannir's application to stay his execution and enable him to challenge the clemency process. Please pray for Singapore government to cancel his execution and to have his death sentence commuted to life imprisonment if nothing else works.
