Thomas from the United States

We really would very much appreciate strong prayers for our son. He has been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts for over a year. His girlfriend, who also goes to our church with her family, broke up with him this June 29th. It has left him even more depressed and suicidal. Every time we talk to him, he says he is sad and wants his old life back or that he doesn't want to live anymore. He is also in denial over the fact that things are going to be different with his former girlfriend. He still won't let go of her. This is really heartbreaking seeing him this way. He was always a happy child too. He went to a Bible-believing church with us ever since he was little, went to Sunday School, VBS, Youth Group, etc. He is 17 years old and going to be a senior. He's unsure what to do with his life. He does enjoy drama and theater. I think the 2 concussions he received while playing basketball; one in December of 2017 and in January of 2018; may have contributed to his depression.

Thomas, I suggest that you faithfully claim this prayer over your son until he gets well. It is a verse from Psalm 118:17 Say it like this Thomas: My son shall not die but live, and he will proclaim what the Lord has done. This is a powerful verse for your son and all of us who are faced with difficult circumstances in life Request prayer for your son from your church and its members. God bless you and your loved ones and don't give up the faith.

God bless you and your family. Rebuke satan in the name of Jesus, satan's mission is to destroy the family for he hates God's creation. Pray for your son, claim and declare his spiritual healing in the name of Jesus. Claim and believe that your son will live to serve and to follow his Master Jesus Christ. Do not give up praying or requesting it from others who are Christians. This sounds like a spiritual warfare. Pray for peace for your son, and for the healing hand of God to touch his mind and his heart and to bless him with the peace that only comes from HIm. Stay strong in the faith, and expect miracles from the Lord who loves us all. Pray Psalm 91 for your son, add his name where it says; (He) who dwelleth in the secret place of the most high..... God bless you and yours.

May the Lord bless your son with His healing hand, and may He rescue your son from this dangerous and sad situation. Remember that nothing is impossible to our Lord who loves us unconditionally. I would suggest you start rebuking the "enemy" in the name of Jesus. For God has given us power over him as long as we do it in the name of Jesus. His mission is to destroy the family, for he hates God creation. Do not give up the faith, and pray earnestly, declare and claim that your son shall live to follow and to serve his Master all the days of his life. May our Lord bless your family and your son with a speedy recovery, and may His loving light shine upon you all. Stay strong in the faith for Jesus hears your cry and prayers. Pray and don't give up praying for him. God will honor your faithful prayers.
