To All who answer The DOOR of HE who holds the 4th Cup - and forsaketh not The FEAR of THE LORD! I Decree as to The Holy Saints of The Most High God to the rebuilding of The 100 year Jerusalem prayerteam project by my Governor Mike Evans and Legacy by my Governor Morris Cerullo to be built with with all God speed! Let All unrighteous mammon (Gold and Silver) to be given them without Delay, according to my Governor Priest - Jerusalem first! I have issued this decree that if any who violates this edict, a beam of timber shall be pulled from his house then he shall be impaled on it and his house shall be turned to a refuse heap for this violation- May the God who has caused His Holy Name to dwell there overthrow any King or people who attempts to alter this command so as to destroy these houses of God in Jerusalem, Israel and in San Diego, California.
