Hi I humbly ask you to grant me Good health when I feel fatigued - light headed dizzy sadly which is often I need to be able to keep a job. Until I'm fortunate to receive disability coverage and supplement coverage I'm only 40.but I have medical issues since 13 years old Fainting I have not faint in 3 years due to Rx Medicine
