I missed work today due to insomnia and anxiety attack Tomorrow is my last day. Please help me get disability Please help me land a job Part time Please help my conditions. I was fatigued hard to stand I missed work. This is been going on for over 8 years I havent had a bowel movement in days. Years ago was 1 week to 10 days then fainted from not going to bathroom As I have IBS. Been this way for 18 years Please help me blessings Amen Thank you
