Dear God. Thank you very much for all the blessings that we received and forgive me for all my sins. I am asking you to please help and guide me to pass all these trials that I am facing right now. I know that you are the only one who has the power to change things. I am physically not well and I am asking you, my Lord, to heal me. Amen
