    Instructions 1. Put in the complete armor of God as directed in Ephesians 6 and bind up the strongman 2. Plead the blood of the Lamb over yourself as directed in Revelation 12:11 3. Declare the word of God; Isaiah 54:17 4. Ask the Holy Spirit to help, comfort, lead, guidance every minute of every day 5. I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me Philippians 4:13 6. In Jesus name I cut and burn silver cords 7.
