Deut. Verses 11-14: is about Rain, Lending, and Rank. Rain comes from God’s “good treasure in the sky.” In Canaan, seasonal rain meant life. Without it, grain, vines, olives, and pasture failed. The promise of lending to many nations and not borrowing signals \"national stability.\"The covenant with Israel carries forward God’s oath to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Amen.
