Please pray for me I got overweight and yesterday I couldn't breath and today I had pain while I was sitting because my belly fat pressured and my stomach hurt and I couldn't breath again. Please pray God will melt the fat in my body and especially on my belly and stomach. Please I need help this became a health issue now. Since I live in this place for 2 years and 8 months I started to gain weight and last year I suddenly got a lot weight in a very short time before I came here I had a healthy and good BMI and body index my weight was healthy and well but now I became overweight. I was thinking about eating very less or nothing for a period of time but I am very tired and exhausted all the time and I have no strength in my body and food helps me to wake up and have little strength to do the basic needs the energy I got from food helps me if I don't eat anything or very less then I don't know how to do basic needs. Please I need help.
