Because in the chapter 13 that man is made already manifest whilst before "the beast" is not mentioned but in chapter 11, when he kills the two olives... This beast had a head fatally wounded that's healed... My Lord : Another human soul will possess this body? Chapter 17 talks on seven kings and one of them will be the eight... I just ask. Naybe a soul abandons this body and another takes it over. After this wound is healed this beast is revealed. Understanding, revelation, knowledge, wisdom on this.
