Lion of Judah - King Jesus from the United States

June 17 at 12:30 pm
Meek and Humble Lord Jesus, you came as a sacrificial lamb, but you return as the King, Lion of Judah. Hallelujah! 🦁 You showed us the ultimate example of humility, leaving the glory of heaven to come to earth as a servant, even washing Your disciples’ feet and dying a humble death for us. As we remember Your sacrifice in this Communion, we pray for a spirit of humility to grow in our own hearts. Forgive us, Lord, for the times our pride gets in the way – when we think we know best, when we look down on others, or when we fail to see our own faults. Strip away our arrogance and self-reliance. Help us to see ourselves as You see us, sinners saved by Your amazing grace. Clothe us with humility, Lord, so that we can serve others willingly and joyfully. Help us to put the needs of others before our own, to listen with an open heart, and to learn from those around us. May we walk humbly with You, our God, depending on Your strength and wisdom each day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. 💜🌿💜🦁⏳⏰

The Jerusalem Prayer Team with Dr. Michael D. Evans exists to build Friends of Zion to guard defend and protect the Jewish people and to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We pray for peace in Jerusalem because the Scriptures tell us to in Psalm 122:6. The Jerusalem Prayer Team was inspired from the 100-year long prayer meeting for the restoration of Israel held in the ten Boom family home in Haarlem, Holland. We are committed to encouraging others to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and God's Chosen People. Jerusalem Prayer Team members are also members of Churches United with Israel, Corrie Ten Boom House, Friends of Zion Heritage Center and Jerusalem World News. The Jerusalem Prayer Team mailing address is PO BOX 30000 Phoenix, AZ 85046 or you can call us at 1-888-966-8472. The Jerusalem Prayer Team is a dba of the Corrie ten Boom Fellowship.
