FATHER, IN JESUS NAME AND IN HIS BLOOD, I come before your courts & i present the bitterness I have been harboring, not as a badge of protection but as illegal evidence the enemy has been using against my mind body & spirit, I break agreements with every lie that told me holding onto this pain would make me powerful. i forgive not because they deserve it but because you command it i choose obedience over emotional bondage. I declare every soul tie formed through resentment betrayal or emotional debt is now severed by the sword of the spirit, i silence every internal replay that rehearsals the offence & reinfects my healing & deliverance. I release myself from the sentence of bitterness. I will not hand the enemy the keys to my peace. My mind body spirit emotions are free. In Jesus name. Done.
