Babylon is not a symbol of the world's system, Babylon is a symbol of the capital city of the world, and the world itself obey and receive orders coming from the city of Babylon. Ny YHWH God Father in Jesus Christ's name helpe me to understand Revelations chapter 17 and also 18. Thus the babylonian shape of the world is not Babylon, is its grip on the world, that's shaped according to its design. That may be biblical. The woman seats on all nations, tongues and tribes. But this Babylon persecutes saints. Revelations 13, the beast persecuted saints since the very beginning, as Nebuchadnezzar did . And it attacks the temple at its entrance to the book, chapter 11.
