Another place after Jesus Christ's resurrection where the temple is honored as holy (beyond the very Matthew chapter 24) is Revelations chapter 11. In that book the temple is Heaven is mentioned, and also this on earth (and it is told John wrote after the destruction of the temple)... How can I understand this restoration of the temple? It is basically accepted this will take place. My God YHWH in Jesus Christ's name. Wisdom, dreams, visions, advice, revelation, knowledge, prophecy, about this on the temple. This is a Jewish thing and YHWH this will be watchable on CNN, BBC, NBC maybe if they exist: This will be discussed in the supermarket, in the neighborhood, in a bar late with beers: How can I form my political idea to justify an Israel army incursion against Al Aqsa mosque in behalf of the construction of a Jewish temple in that place or, beside in the temple mount? It is legal, it is the only jewish country, many muslims nations, and sites, as Medina or Mecca. I support it.
