Please pray for my safety and for protection, while in my apartment . Being attacked by my neighbor Carter who is a psychic vampire and warlock/black magician? He is able to invisibly touch me in a gropey sense and feel tortured in my own apartment , and constantly talks day and night . He might also be on hard drugs.
