Father God,
I come to You in the name of Jesus.
Your Word says, “You have not given me a spirit of fear,
but of power, love, and a sound mind.”
(2 Timothy 1:7)
So right now, I reject and renounce the spirit of fear.
Fear is not from You, and it has no authority over my mind.
Lord, Your Word says,
“When my heart is overwhelmed,
lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.”
(Psalm 61:2)
So I come to You overwhelmed,
and I ask You to lift me above these fears.
You said,
“My times are in Your hands.”
(Psalm 31:15)
So I place my life, my aging, my future,
and the length of my days in Your hands.
I refuse the lie that time is slipping away from me.
You hold my time, not fear.
Father, You promised,
“Even to your old age, I am He…
I will carry you, sustain you, and rescue you.”
(Isaiah 46:4)
Carry me now.
Calm the fear of aging.
Give me peace about tomorrow and strength for today.
Lord, I lift my daughter to You.
Your Word says,
“I will be a God to you and to your children after you.”
