Why do I got to self sabotage things in my life ? Overthink and ruin them. Especially communication with people in my life. Stop things before they start

You will self-sabotage reading self-help literature, and some Christian authors that are influenced by that type of thinking. Trust in the sane doctrine of sacrifice for Christ, generosity to the poors, belief in resurrection, patience during hardships in order to reign with Christ, humility and faith in Christ and God. Be always kind and not annoyed. If you discriminate people due to economic, political, geographic standards, things like that, you are guilty, if you obey Christ, they are with the guilt.

Don't judge yourself swiftly, people is self-centered. Check of the follow the commandments of God, and some social rules, if you do, the problem is with them. You cannot please everyone, however you will be gracious to some people.
