    If you are struggling with experiencing the Holy Spirit you must first ask if you have been filled. If you feel you have not you need at least two who have to pray over you. If you have been filled sometimes the Holy Spirit is there and you just don't know it. Pray, Praise the Lord daily and let the Holy Spirit know that He is welcome in your life and home.. God bless
