"Heavenly Father, I come before you today recognizing my need for patience and self-control. I often struggle with impulsivity, frustration, and losing my temper. I know that true self-control is a gift from you, and I ask for your Holy Spirit to empower me to develop these virtues. Help me to be more patient with myself and with others, to respond with grace and kindness, and to trust in your timing, even when things are difficult. Forgive me for my past failures, and guide me to live a life that reflects your love and peace. In Jesus' name, Amen
