Dear Lord, I humbly come before You, seeking Your divine favor as I await a job promotion. You know my dedication and the hard work I’ve put into my role. I ask that You grant me favor in the eyes of my superiors and guide their decisions toward my advancement. May this promotion not only bless me but also allow me to bless others. I trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom.
