Loving Father, I have cried, fasted, and come to you in humility, asking for your assistance in ending city violence. While I do nothing to stop the bloodshed, many innocent people suffer. Lord, please take control of this situation and end the violence. Strengthen individual efforts to promote harmony, peace, and justice for all people.
