Dear Lord Jesus Christ I come to You with a heavy heart and a guilty conscience because I have sinned again and against You. Dear Lord Jesus Christ Please forgive me. Right now I recommit my entire being and entire life to You Dear Lord Jesus Christ. Please help me to humble myself before Yourself and to completely surrender myself and my life to Your Lordship Dear Lord Jesus Christ. Please forgive me for every sin I've ever committed. Dear Lord Jesus Christ Please help me to begin again with Yourself to where I will always completely submit myself to Yourself and Your Lordship. Dear Lord Jesus Christ please be my Lord and Master always. Dear Lord Jesus Christ Please restore to me the Joy of my salvation. Dear Lord Jesus Christ I humbly bow before You ready to completely surrender myself before Yourself and to Your will. Dear Lord Jesus Christ Please make me into a brand new creation in and through Yourself. I pray all of this in Your eternal Name Dear Lord Jesus Christ Amen
