I've recently learned about this myself and put it into practice in my own life . When I dealt with the situation I was in in this way I did not get hard feelings , I did not get any replay of it later , the tape that plays alot of times in our minds, that continues to remind us of that very particular situation with that very particular person involved, did not happen . I dealt with the situation just like this, just like the word says, and guess what happened , no hard feelings, not resentment, Just me going on with my day.
