    1. Put in the complete armor of God daily 2. Bind up the strongman in Jesus name 3. Any and all negative thoughts or sinful thoughts coming into your mind, ( immediately pray, in Jesus name I cancel an ungodly thoughts) (pray I submit to God and resist the devil) Thank God frequently throughout the day keep your thoughts focused on God and ask the Holy Spirit to lead you 🙏
