    Shalom & Hello dear Kara, It's me again, (sorry about this) with the continuation of my response, I couldn't fit it all into one page! Just some practical tips for health:- *change your diet to kosher; *drink alkaline mineral water; cut down on tea, coffee, alcohol and ‘false’ sugars; reduce the chemical overload on your body eg. over processed food, medicines if you can and also what you put on your body, lotions and creams etc. They also contain chemicals; *eat a garlic clove crushed in teaspoon honey before meals for a week; Get your body into shape, regarding food- ‘…..go, and sin no more ‘ JOHN 8:11 PRAY FOR G-D’S SPIRIT TO GUIDE YOU! Look at this promise in G-d's Word:- 'Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the L-rd: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the L-rd shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your (trespasses) faults to one another, that ye may be healed. The (effective) effectual (supplication) fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.'
