Home made kefer is very good for digestive issues and in general good for everyone. You can usually find a starter from someone locally and you can look up on line about how to make it. I will pray for your family and healing.

Simplify your diet, cut down the chemical overload on the body - food contains chemicals, preservatives, medicines etc. Go kosher with your diet and drink alkaline mineral water. Try this to get your digestive system back on track: 1 clove of organic garlic, crushed in a teaspoon of honey before each meal for a whole week! Keep praying in Yeshua's name for G-d's Holy Spirit to guide you!!
