I need a miracle with my housing situation. It’s getting harder and harder to pay rent without using a credit card or taking out a loan. I have never had an eviction on my record and do not want to start now. I signed a lease so if I moved out before it was over then I would still be responsible for the rent until they could rent it out to someone else which there is no telling how long that would take.
