Protection from neighborhood abusers, cybertorturers, cyberstalkers, injuries, abusers, drainage of finances for healing. Victims compensation needed for healing. They hate the truth. Law enforcemet refuses to act and local help don\'t care. Neigborhood crime is horrendous. EMERGENCY--please pray for someone to help that enforces the law. They cyberstalk, and do vogeurism and illegal surveilance.
