Years ago, I was involved in the new age and the occult. After feeling convicted by the Holy Spirit, I decided to leave that lifestyle and return back to my faith in Jesus. During the time that I was trying to separate myself from that lifestyle, I was friends with someone who kept trying to sabotage my efforts at turning back to God at every turn. When I realized what this person was doing, I cut off contact with them. They retaliated by spreading rumors about me and doing many things to try and harm my life including attempting to get an abusive person that I had dated in the past to harm and stalk me. I truly hate this person. In spite of their best efforts, God has restored my life. But I am still struggling spiritually, emotionally and mentally and a lot of those struggles are directly related to things they did to me. I understand that as a Christian, I should not feel this way but this person ruined/halted my life in so many ways. Please pray for me.
