A local driving school in Eastern Washington passed a individual who's mentally delayed. We're in shock, distraught, upset. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be an issue. Please pray the DOL won't issue a Driver's License to this person Pray this person changes mind about getting a Driver's license, vehicle Got talked into it, from others.
