Destructive, Dysfunctional parent " took the CHILD on a Shopping trip today. Keeps using money to bribe others, own child. Nobody trusts Authorities did investigate this person few times, continues to escape justice. STREET SMART.. Pray for wisdom Authorities.officacals, others too... Pray parent" realizes it's in the child's well being to keep living with friend's relatives. God is in control 🙏
