a prayer for all of my Heritage United Methodist Church family and me also to help me keep the bad thoughts out about me wanting to take my own life because back in 2004 I put a nife up to my throwt then I tired to take my own life by taking an overdose on my deperssion meds and I also redetacated my baptisim vowls also
