hello lord god one lord heavenly hosts and prayer warriors saints of the most High priest yeshua anointed (1) one! please accept my appreciation of your request i exercise and eat better. i donated four (4) pounds of unopened sugar to the Rehabilatation staff where i live and i threw out a little bit of sugar from an open bag. i exercised last night for over forty (40) minutes and i want to do more today. i am going to stop putting sugar in a gallon of homemade green tea every day. thanks be to heaven on earth. let heaven come lord! thanks lord for the fifty (50) plus + minutes boot camp video i want to use today. lord put me in your heavenly boot camp doing physical mental emotional and spiritual habits to help me be one with thou. o lord let me develop by good tradition a Way of godliness. i realize tradition of some ways is evil with a numeric value of 666 of the antichrist. make us one (1) . amen. i hear the voice of one crying prepare ye the way of the lord. 4:42 p.m. 16:42 amen
