aleph (ox - 1) tau (two sticks - 400) father one lord. i am in need of my own accord to ask you to help me lose sixty (60) pounds of fat and to build ten (10) pounds of muscles and or to tone the muscles i already have. by your grace and no work of my own. but together godwilling we can do this. beginning tonight with the help of a video instruction.
