Lord I come to you to ask you to help me get on a healthy eating track and the exercise track even when I don’t feel like it. Send me the energy, strength and happiness so that I can get my body in order, my health in order, and my happiness in order. Like you said ass I’m asking to remove all sweetness and craving food for sweetness from my mouth and body. I want to detox my body for for energy, strength and healthiness . I’m asking you to help me because when I get a craving for junk food, sweetness, fried food, let me think of healthy food and removed it from my body to be healthy. To detox my body to be healthy.
