I started my new job and the new manager that did orientation with me is very rude in the way he speaks to me and there is also a communication problem with all of management and a lack of knowledge in what needs to be done and when since they are just starting to hire kitchen staff. I tried reporting to HR and the Director about the manager and how he speaks to me and they act like they are not concerned or even listening to what I’m saying and also the director told HR it was about sexual harassment when that is not what I said at all. Also they are not willing to let me have the weekends off due to my day care being closed even though I made my hours of availability clear to them before I was offered a job there. So now I either need to figure out childcare for the weekends or find a new job ASAP. I am very frustrated.
