being stalked/terrorized by Chris McCormick who has added accomplices to hurt my dog and me further. he uses unique tactics and help is not forthcoming. microwaves & other direct energy weapons, high and low frequencies, propels horrid smells into my apartment distressing my asthma snd my dog’s breathing. police don’t understand snd so do nothing. same with property management. exhausted snd nearly apartment myasthma distressed my asthma apartment and
