I may have sleep apnea. I haven’t gotten tested yet but I’ve had it for many years since I was small and I am now 35 years old. When I’m asleep I feel like I have to gasp for air it’s not a good feeling when I go through this I feel like I’m suffocating. Please pray for me that I overcome this

    Father God We lift up Israel in prayer and ask for healing for his sleep apnea and problems with breathing during sleep. Heal him Lord of all of his infirmities and any underlying diseases that he may have. In Jesus Name We Pray Amen. As one who has suffered with this before, I can give you some suggestions that might help. First of all raising your head of your bed when you sleep by using pillows under your head helps a great deal. You may also need to be on a CPAP machine but you need to visit a sleep doctor to get on that. During this time you can contact a Telehealth doctor online and they might prescribe a CPAP machine for you without having to go in and go through a whole examination right now. That suffocating feeling you are having does sound like sleep apnea and I had bouts of that until I went on a diet and lost about 50 pounds and still raised pillows when I went to sleep. Raising your head and eating earlier in the day really helps too. I hope I have been of some help today. God Bless You and I pray for your healing in Jesus Name.
