My friend has been going through a really tough time mentally and emotionally. He has stress and pressure from family and work etc. He’s been letting peoples opinions influence everything around him lately. He is constantly moody and not happy. He chooses to internalise everything instead of letting it out. Please pray he will find joy and peace. For the pressure and stress to leave him and for his mind to be clear so he can make his own choices and not let others influence him. Pray he will let out all the emotions and know that there are people there for him.
